We offer individual counseling where clients learn skills to cope and techniques for recovery. We focus on focusing on our client’s behaviors through identifying various aspects of behavior, personality and overall well-being. This allows our clients to learn to appreciate all parts of themselves and manage triggers and pain through healthy thinking and behaving.


Our counselors are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and offer interventions that lead to lasting success. Getting over the shame and pain of the problem can take time. Our clients are lead through a process of grieving and self-acceptance. Highlighting the positive aspects of their personalities without rejecting any parts of themselves. Rejection leads to shame; acceptance leads to freedom and sobriety. Freedom takes time and is worth the effort.
